STORM Plasma Cutting Machine
Exceptional quality and Whitney support in a basic, affordable plasma table. Prices start at only $75,000 for a complete machine capable of cutting up to one inch thick carbon steel.
The standard STORM plasma machine is equipped with the Hypertherm® Powermax 1650 for economical, quality cuts in material up to one inch thick. Optional Hypertherm Systems are: HT 2000 for high quality with increased speeds; HD 3070 for precision and vertical cuts; HD 4070 for speed, flexibility and precision. Optional cutting systems include the SmartPIERCE™ feature which reduces pierce time by 25 percent.
Three STORM table sizes are available - 5 feet x 10 feet, 6 feet x 12 feet, and 6 feet x 20 feet.
Windows™-based control offers complete operator interface for ease of use. Each STORM control includes a parametric shape library, on-board nesting, graphic visualization of the cut path and complete diagnostics in plain English.
The STORM is installed and initial operator training completed by Whitney service staff in only three days.

ADVANTAGE Precision Plasma Cutting Machine
The ADVANTAGE Precision Plasma Cutting Machine is a high precision cutting machine capable of producing high quality parts at an affordable investment level. The ADVANTAGE fabricates parts from light sheet metal to heavy plate, up to 1" (25 mm) thick.
The construction of the ADVANTAGE is the best in the industry starting with a box frame made of 3/8" (10 mm) structural steel (compare this to others in the industry who advertise 1/4" thick frame sections). Accuracy is machined into the frame using one set-up - there is never a need to shim the way mounting surfaces in order to achieve straightness and parallelism. Oversize linear ways, and dual side precision rack & pinion drive using digitally synchronized AC drives and motors assure smooth motion control resulting in the cleanest cuts in the industry. There are no belts or torque tubes to transmit power on the ADVANTAGE.
In addition, the stiff STEEL gantry offers stiffness and temperature stability not found in others who use light weight aluminum. The ADVANTAGE is as rugged as it is precise.
The ADVANTAGE has all the practical features you expect and need in a precision plasma cutting machine - ball transfer surround for ease of material handling; operator friendly CNC control with a large variety of parametric shapes; easily replaceable steel slat supports.
The ADVANTAGE is available in three sizes, and can use any of three plasma cutting systems from Hypertherm®.
Furthermore, the ADVANTAGE is backed with genuine Whitney service and support!
High Quality Parts; Rugged Construction; Unmatched Service and Support; Competitive Pricing all give you an ADVANTAGE over your competition.

FastCut CNC - the industry leader in affordable CNC plasma cutting machines
With over 7 years experience, FastCut CNC has become the benchmark for affordable CNC plasma cutting machines. We strive to produce machines that perform like $75,000+ counterparts but cost less than half - without losing any functionality or accuracy. FastCut CNC tables are engineered and manufactured by people that use the machines on a daily basis and know what works - and what does not - in a real shop environment.
G5 Fabricator
Along with a stronger aluminum gantry, the new G5 Fabricator uses servo motors for increased resolution, accuracy, and smoother operation. Smooth running servo motors produce superior cuts when compared to lower resolution stepper motors.
Strong steel tubing makes up the overall frame of the G5 Fabricator, allowing you to load heavy plate without worry of the table failing. The gantry parks completely off the work area so you can easily load material from either side. The linear guides and geared timing belts are inside the tubing so there is no chance of damaging them while handling material. Covering the entire frame is an industrial polyurethane paint.
Quality
FastCut CNC uses industrial grade components for every CNC plasma system built. All fastners, gears, belts, bearings, and cables all surpass the requirements for the task of plasma cutting. This insures years of continuous service for even the most demanding customers.
Technology
The new G5 Fabricator and Exporter are driven by closed-loop servo motors - increasing accuracy and repeatability. These motors also produce smooth, steady cutting speeds ranging from 5 to 500ipm. An automatic torch height control is standard on all tables.
Choices
FastCut CNC offers G5 tables in sizes starting at 4' x 8' all the way up to 10' x 20'. Exporters are available in 4' to 10' widths. Along with two tables models, there are numerous options such as a controller pedestal arm, torch head swivel, and laser cross-hairs to choose from.
